SIDE AIR-BAG FOR VEHICLES

摘要

A side air bag inflation structure for a vehicle is provided to protect passengers by quickly and stably inflating an air bag tube into a passenger compartment of a vehicle upon occurrence of vehicle crash. A support bracket(100) is fixed at an inner panel interposed between a roof panel and a head liner(4), and support an air bag module(10). The support bracket includes a vertical portion(110) fixed at the inner panel arranged between the roof panel and the head liner, and a hollow horizontal support portion(120) extended from the vertical portion so as to support the air bag module fixed at the inner panel. The horizontal support portion has a diameter gradually decreasing as it goes far from a center pillar trim(2). The support bracket is arranged at both sides from the center pillar trim.
