An active-matrix display panel is provided to prevent concentration of excessive trances within a limited fanout region by including a multi-layered routing configuration in a first fanout circuitry, and thus remarkably reducing the number of trances required from individual layers. A peripheral region(120) is connected to at least one side of a display region(110). A first fanout circuitry is disposed on the peripheral region and has a multi-layered routing configuration. A first driving circuit is disposed on the peripheral region, and is electrically connected to the first fanout circuitry.
