A method of burying a scaffolding pipe for a painting work of a ship is provided to prevent the separation and fracture of the rubber cap and increase the working performance according to the complete installation of the pipe by using the portable injection gun. A method of burying a scaffolding pipe for a painting work of a ship excludes the use of the rubber cap for burying the pipe, places the front end of the injection gun in the rear end of the pipe, injects the urethane foam with more than around 10mm thickness from the front end in the rear end of the pipe, and buries the rear end of the pipe.
