Provided are an accessory having embedded materials such as artificial diamond, and a method for manufacturing the same that is fast and simple, and reduces cost, and in which the materials are securely attached to the inside of unsaturated polyester resin for reinforced plastic, and thus which can improve a quality and an aesthetic value of the accessory product. The accessory comprises a ring body having a plurality of grooves on its one side; a glass or metal material inserted into the grooves of the ring body; and an unsaturated polyester resin for reinforced plastic of ring which is bonded with the surface of the ring body so that the material is not removed. The method comprises the steps of: putting a rectangular box having opened top on specific location; putting the unsaturated polyester resin into the top of the box at regular intervals, and injecting a silicone liquid comprising hardener into the box; introducing the box into dryer; setting an inside temperature of the dryer to 60-70 deg.C, and driving the dryer for 20-30 minutes; taking out the box from the dryer after 20-30 minutes, and demolding the hardened silicone mold from the box; extracting unsaturated polyester resin for reinforced plastic of ring from the silicone mold; forming a plurality of the ring bodies having a plurality of grooves on each one side of them, and putting a rectangular box having opened top on specific location; putting the ring body inside the top of the box at regular intervals, and injecting silicone liquid comprising hardener into the box; introducing the box into dryer; setting an inside temperature of the dryer to 60-70 deg.C, and driving the dryer for 20-30 minutes; taking out the box from the dryer after 20-30 minutes, and demolding the hardened silicone mold from the box; extracting the ring body from the silicone mold to form a silicone mold for ring body; injecting liquid synthetic resin for ring body into the grooves of the silicone mold; putting a base film on the top of the silicone mold containing the synthetic resin; introducing the silicone mold; setting an inside temperature of the dryer to 60-70 deg.C, and driving the dryer for 20-30 minutes; taking out the silicone mold from the dryer after 20-30 minutes, and demolding the hardened ring body from the silicone mold; putting a material of artificial diamond made of glass or metal in the grooves of the ring body, inserting the ring body into the grooves of the silicone mold; injecting the unsaturated polyester resin into the grooves; putting a base film on the top of the silicone mold; introducing the silicone mold into dryer; setting an inside temperature of the dryer to 60-70 deg.C, and driving the dryer for 20-30 minutes; taking out the silicone mold from the dryer after 20-30 minutes; and demolding a hardened ring(10) from the silicone mold. |
