摘要

An apparatus for locking an internal battery pack case of a mobile terminal is provided to make a terminal compact by reducing an installation space of the terminal and obtain an elegant and fine exterior of a mobile terminal. A pair of locker housings(110) are provided at both sides of a lower case frame. A locker unit(120) is combined with the locker housings(110), and is slidably moved when pressing so as to attach/detach a locker member formed at a case of a battery pack to thus restrain or release the case. An elastic member(130) provides elastic force to allow the locker unit(120) to be slidably moved.
