A molten steel outlet structure for tundish with a molten steel penetration preventing function is provided to prevent molten steel from penetrating to refractory bricks through a boundary portion of the nozzle and a supporting brick when performing emergency cutting of a lower portion of a nozzle by operating a nozzle emergency blocking member. A molten steel outlet structure for tundish with a molten steel penetration preventing function comprises: a nozzle(4) longitudinally formed the bottom top of the tundish(1) to a location that is more projected than a lower portion of the tundish to guide molten steel so that molten steel is discharged into a mold; and a supporting brick(5) which covers and supports an outer portion of the nozzle and extends to a lower end of a metal case(3) that forms an outer portion of the tundish. The supporting brick comprises a body part(5a) and an extension part(5b). The molten steel outlet structure for tundish further comprises: one or more projections(7) projectingly formed on the top of the metal case; and grooves formed on the supporting brick to receive the projections.
