An apparatus for protecting a well facility is provided to readily install a pumping pipe connection apparatus in a waterproof casing by forming a well connection apparatus integrally connecting the casing and the well. An apparatus for protecting a well facility includes a protective box(100) formed with a connection apparatus inlet port(101) and a pumping pipe hole on the same line at the upper and lower surfaces of one side; a waterproof casing(200) vertically installed in the protective box to communicate with the hole; and a well connection apparatus(300) integrally connecting the waterproof casing and a casing(10) mounted at the well. An inlet and outlet port(105) communicating with the inside of the protective box is installed at the other side of the connection apparatus inlet port, and an inlet and outlet door(106) is mounted to be opened/closed through the medium of a hinge shaft at the upper end of the inlet and outlet port.
