A portable cobra-shaped anus and vagina irrigator is provided to achieve the carrying by means of handbag or general bag so as to allow users to wash anus or women to wash vagina at any place in the state that they are conveniently seated on a toilet stool without that they touch the water, and to reduce the purchase costs. The cobra-shaped anus and vagina irrigator comprises: an elastic container(1); a spray-nozzle neck(2); and a spray nozzle(3); wherein the three members are successively connected with each other. The irrigator is connected to the water pipe of a bathroom. The spray-nozzle neck(2) is straightly extended from the spray nozzle(3) by 1-6 cm, and steeply bent at an angle of 60-120 degrees, then gently at an angle of 10-60 degrees, and finally gently at an angle of 10-60 degrees in an opposed direction. The spray nozzle(3) and the spray-nozzle neck(2) are completely inserted into the elastic container(1) when the spray-nozzle neck(2) is separated from the elastic container(1).
