A stone panel which is easy to install attachments is provided to use a stone panel and to connect with another member such as a door body easily by coupling an insert piece having a screw groove to a stone panel and to cut down on the manufacturing cost by preventing high-priced stone materials, and a door wall system using the stone panel is provided to improve constructability of stone panels by installing attachments such as a steel connector easily and to improve in appearance by connecting with a door body. A stone panel(1) comprises: a panel basic material(20) made with stone materials such as marble or granite and provided with many insert piece coupling holes(10); and a panel insert piece(30) inserted to the coupling holes of the panel basic material and fixed with a lock installed to a door body. A door wall system contains: a stone panel; a steel connector, such as a hinge, fixed to an insert piece screw groove(32) of the stone panel using a fastening bolt and connected with a door body; and a door body made with various shaped wood, boards, lightweight steel, etc. and coupled to the steel connector.
