Provided are a honey powder sugar which uses the honey of a green tea flower and is used for replacing sugar in tea or food, and a method for preparing the honey powder sugar. The honey powder sugar comprises 10-40 % of honey; 50-90 % of glucose; and 10-40 % of malt. The method comprises the steps of mixing 10-40 % of honey, 50-90 % of glucose and 10-40 % of malt; rotation-spraying the obtained mixture to mold it a certain shape; and drying the molded one to prepare a honey powder sugar. Preferably the honey is the honey of a green tea flower.
