A ceramic heater unit (20) comprising at least a heater (1) and electrodes (2) for passing electricity through the heater (1) to elevate the temperature of the heater (1), characterized in that the heater (1) and electrodes (2) are made of a material containing silicon carbide and the heater (1) and electrodes (2) are integrally constructed with use of a binder consisting of a material containing silicon carbide.
