THE BOBBIN STRUCTURE AND THE BOBBIN MANUFACTURE METHOD OF Z-CONTINUOUS WINDING

A bobbin structure for Z-continuous winding and a method thereof are provided to improve the mechanical support of the winding and the insulation performance of the main insulation according to the Z-continuous winding. A bobbin structure for Z-continuous winding comprises a spiral groove(2b) formed to continuously connect regular interval grooves(2a) between the grooves of a cylindrical former(1). The start of the spiral groove connecting the grooves at a space(3) formed between the neighboring grooves is formed the same as the outer-most diameter of a pancake coil(4) at the upper part of an upper-most space(3-1) and formed the same as the inner-most diameter of the winding of the pancake coil at a lower-most space(3-n) as the spiral groove comes down and the diameter is gradually reduced. The material such as resin or fiber is attached at the groove and the spiral groove.
