An electronic printed circuit device and embodiment therefor. The present invention relates to the problem caused when cooling printed circuits comprising different sized electronic components some of which exhibiting high thermal dissipation. The invention is more particularly directed at rack-mounted electronic cards. The structure of the device includes at least one rigid partition wall which is preferably substantially planar, enabling easy insertion of the device into a rack fitted with electronic cards; a flexible thin partition wall with controlled elasticity and whose shape is similar to that of the rigid wall partition, having low thermal resistivity and whose edges adhere to the rigid partition wall in such a way that a tight thermal exchange area is created, the volume thereof being variable; means including drains which enable a cooling fluid to penetrate and be diffused in the exchange area. In order to facilitate the installation and removal of the device, said drains are fitted with automatically closing end pieces. The device can be adapted to different types of electronic cards and racks.
