A motor structure for cooling and preventing a leakage of oil is provided to prevent overheat of a motor and minimize damage due to the overheat by efficiently cooling heat generated by a friction though the circulation of the air. A housing(1) has a bobbin(12) and a core(13). A bearing holder(11) is connected to front and rear parts of the core(13) of the housing(1). An axis(2) is rotated to penetrate a front part or a rear part of the bearing holder(11). A rotator(3) is fixed to be rotated on the axis(2) in the inside of the housing(1). A coil housing(4) is fixed on the axis(2) and forms the rotator(3) by winding a coil on an outer circumference plane thereof. A plurality of rotation wings(41) are protruded to be extended from a circumference plane to a rotational center direction of the axis(2) on front and rear planes. At least one washer(52) is inserted into the axis(2) on a front part of the coil housing(4). A bearing(53) is inserted into the axis(2) on a front part of the washer(52) so that the coil housing(4) of the housing(1) rotates smoothly at a predetermined position. An outer diameter of a groove(54) including a front part of the bearing(53) is shortened when the axis(2) is mounted on the housing(1).
