A dental restorative material made of composite resin containing nano silver is provided to inhibit the proliferation and infection of decayed tooth-causing bacteria and improve tooth beauty by restoring the tooth with composite resin having tooth color. The dental restorative material made of composite resin contains 0.01-20 wt.% of nano silver(20) based on 100 wt.% of composite resin, wherein the particle size of the nano silver is 0.05-300 nm; and the dental restorative material made of composite resin further contains 10-60 wt.% of one selected from polymer mixture containing ethylacetate and n-hexane, acryl or synthetic resin and cement, 10-40 wt.% of adhesive monomer, 0.1-10 wt.% of photo initiator, 0.03-5 wt.% of radiation contrast medium, 0.01-5 wt.% of dye and 10-40 wt.% of dilution solvent.
