A driving safety control device of a vehicle is provided to build an effective active suspension system by installing a semiconductor acceleration sensor and a turning acceleration sensor at a hub bearing unit and analyzing signals from each sensor, to prevent components from being primarily injured by informing a driver about defects on chassis safety components, and to improve using safety by checking the time for replacing the components. A driving safety control device of a vehicle comprises a detecting unit for sensing speed, acceleration, turning speed of a hub bearing, acceleration of the vehicle body, turning speed, gravity, vehicle height, steering wheel angle, and braking degree of the vehicle by adding a composite wheel sensor(27) including a semiconductor acceleration sensor and a turning speed sensor to a wheel speed sensor at a hub bearing unit; a control unit comparing data about vehicle conditions sensed by the detecting unit with preset standard data, judging correlation of measured signals and the vehicle conditions, and outputting suspension control signals; and a driving unit operated by the control signals outputted from the control unit.
