An apparatus for preventing movement of a step lever and feed lever connecting pin of a valve controller is provided to determine the stem operation amount of an actuator by allowing a positioner to accurately recognize the step position of the actuator and properly supplying air from the positioner to the actuator. In an apparatus for preventing movement of a step lever and feed lever connecting pin of a valve controller, one side end of a connecting pin(24) is fixed to a step lever(12) by a fixing unit(25). A resilient piece supporting the bottom portion of the connecting pin and preventing upward and downward movement of the connecting pin is installed in a feed lever(21). The width of the resilient piece supporting the bottom portion of the connecting pin and preventing the upward and downward movement of the connecting pin is the same as the movement width of the connecting pin.
