A structure for combining a circuit board assembly with a chassis base and a plasma display module comprising the same are provided to enhance fastening force between a screw and a boss by using a washer. A first printed circuit board(120) is installed on a chassis(100). A first boss(140) is used for coupling the first printed circuit board with the chassis. A plurality of screws(160,161) are coupled with the first boss through the first printed circuit board. A plurality of washers(181) are positioned between the first printed circuit board and the screws. A ventilation fan is connected with the washer and includes a second boss(200) to be coupled with a second printed circuit board or the ventilation fan.
