SILVER-IONIZED WOOD VINEGAR AND USE THEREOF

Silver-ionized wood vinegar and use thereof are provided to enhance antimicrobial activity of wood vinegar, so that harmful phenomena including disease caused by harmful microorganisms are improved or prevented. The silver-ionized wood vinegar is prepared by ionizing silver in wood vinegar with electrolysis, wherein the silver-ionized wood vinegar has antimicrobial activity against microorganisms including bacteria, fungi, yeasts and algae. The antimicrobial composition for improving or preventing disease caused by pathogenic bacteria comprises the silver-ionized wood vinegar, wherein the pathogenic bacteria include Escherichia coli, Salmonella sp., Bacillus sp., Staphylococcus sp., Vibrio sp., Aspergillus sp., Fusarium sp., Tricoderma sp. and Candida sp.
