A loudspeaker with low-frequency oscillation is provided to increase the vibration of the whole body and a massaging effect by transmitting the vibration of a reed element to the upper part of a housing. In a loudspeaker with low-frequency oscillation, a housing(21) has a ring part(211) extended from the bottom to the inside. A reed element(22) has an upper end attached to an oscillation sound assembly, an outer ring(211), and two vibrating arms(222). The vibrating arms(222) are symmetrically extended to be bent from the inside of the outer ring(211) and the inside of the speaker, and have free ends(223) extended to the center of the reed element(22) respectively. The oscillation sound assembly has a magnetic ring(25) or a coil(28) arranged inside the housing(21), and the ring portion(211) attached to other coil corresponding to the magnetic ring(25) or other magnetic ring corresponding to the coil(28). A resonance effect and a low-frequency sound effect are improved by giving upper and lower vibrations to the magnetic ring(25) of the oscillation sound assembly due to magnetic force generated when current is supplied to the coil(28).
