A shaft-connection structure is provided to easily connect shafts even out of a center and to absorb vibration. A shaft-connection structure comprises a male spline shaft(4) of a testing object(1) connected with a connected shaft(12) possibly moved along the shaft by a universal joint(5) and a female spline shaft(7); a suspension unit(14) supported to be freely moved along the connected shaft; a supporting unit(21) supported on the suspension unit to be freely moved vertically about the connected shaft; a first floating spring regulating movement of the supporting unit; rotary bearings(18) supporting to freely rotated the female spline shaft; a spherical bearing(20) supporting the rotary bearing by the spherical surface; and a movable shaft(24) connected with the spherical bearing on the lower end, freely fitted/passed into the supporting unit to be moved up and down, and installed with a balance spring(25) between the supporting unit and the movable shaft.
