A precast pulling-up slab for a manhole, a mounting structure for the precast pulling-up slab, and a construction method of the precast pulling-up slab are provided to improve the firm combination performance by injecting the high speed hardening grout materials between the manhole body and the precast pulling-up slab. A precast pulling-up slab for a manhole is composed of a concrete unit(320); a ring unit(310) formed with a hanging protrusion(311) in which a manhole cover(400) is hung and formed with a flange(314) at the outer peripheral surface; an insertion hole formed with at the flange; an anchor(316) combined at the insertion hole; and plural penetration holes(321) formed along the circumferential direction at the concrete unit. The flange and anchor are laid at the concrete unit. High speed hardening grout materials(352,353) are placed in the penetration hole to cover a bolt(360).
