A method and a system of telephone connection in DMB(Digital Multimedia Broadcasting) are provided to allow a viewer to call a destination provided with broadcasting contents while watching a DMB program. Contents information and telephone number information corresponding to the contents information are received from a contents provider to construct EPG(Electronic Program Guide)(S10,S20). The contents information and the telephone number information corresponding to the contents information are transmitted to a DMB terminal through a DMB channel according to the EPG such that the user of the DMB terminal receiving the contents information requests a call to be connected to the place corresponding to the telephone number corresponding to the contents information(S50).
