A bracket for fixing a ceiling plate is provided to fix a ceiling fixing bolt strongly by pressing a bolt fixing piece with a T-shaped reciprocating piece or pushing a bolt fixing piece without shaking by bending a wide opening of a bracket backward using slit holes. A bracket for fixing a ceiling plate comprises a U-shaped fixing groove(10) to fix a support bar for fixing a ceiling plate, an opening(30) for fixing a nut to couple with a ceiling fixing bolt(20) fixed to the ceiling, and a horizontal plate(40) having a wide opening(31) which is large enough to penetrate a head of the nut, wherein a semi-cylindrical nut part(7a) is formed on the internal wall of the opening for fixing a nut of the horizontal plate, slit holes(1a,1b) are formed on the boundary between the opening for fixing a nut and the wide opening to face each other, a T-shaped reciprocating piece(3) is fixed to the center of an internal wall(2) of the wide opening to be in contact with the facing slit holes when laying on the side horizontally, and a bolt fixing piece(5) is provided with front, rear guide holes(4a,4b) and a semi-cylindrical nut part(7b), inserted through the wide opening of the horizontal plate and coupled to the front, rear guide holes of the bolt fixing piece on front, rear walls(6a,6b) of the opening for fixing a nut to be slidable from side to side.
