A system for measuring and managing a pollution level by using a mobile terminal is provided to reduce volume, weight, and price of a pollution level measurer for measuring various kinds of gases, noises, and water pollution by using a battery of the mobile terminal as power for the pollution level measurer. A pollution level measurer(10) measures concentration of pollution level factors. The mobile terminal(20) supplies the power to the pollution level measurer and receives/stores a concentration value of the pollution level factors measured in the pollution level measurer. A collecting/analyzing institution(30) receives, collects, and analyzes various kinds of information stored in the mobile terminal through the mobile network(40) by using a database(31). The pollution level measurer comprises an interface(15) connected to an I/O(Input/Output) connector(21) of the mobile terminal, a sensor(11) sensing the concentration of the concentration factors, a measurer(13) measuring the sensed concentration, and a display part displaying the measured concentration of the pollution factors. |
