Provided are a method for preparing a functional dubu(bean curd), a functional dubu prepared by the method which is applied to the simple food for breakfast or the dietary food, and a functional dubu composition. The method comprises the steps of heating seaweed at a temperature of 80-95 deg.C for 1-6 hours and filtering the obtained one to remove impurities to prepare a seaweed extract solution; soaking bean in water, grinding the soaked one, filtering the ground one, heating the filtered one at a temperature of 100-150 deg.C for 1-3 hours, and extracting the soybean extract solution; and mixing 1-99 wt% of the seaweed extract and 1-99 wt% of the soybean extract solution and preparing a functional dubu by common method.
