MOBILE COMMUNICATION SYSTEM FOR TRANSMITTING DATA BETWEEN BASE STATION AND BASE STATION CONTROLLER USING MULTI PUBLIC NETWORK LINES

A mobile communication system for transmitting data between a base station and a BSC(Base Station Controller) by using a plurality of public network lines, and a data transmission method in the mobile communication system are provided to accomplish the same level of stability and reliability as those of a dedicated line such as an E1/T1 by accommodating several public network lines between a base station and a BSC and monitoring and controlling line states in service in real time. A base station(100) is wirelessly connected with a mobile terminal and provides a mobile communication service to the mobile terminal. A BSC(200) is connected with the base station(100) through two or more public network lines and controls the base station(100) for the mobile communication service. The base station(100) and the BSC(200) provide traffic statistics information of the two or more public network lines, which is generated based on mutually received data with each other. The base station(100) and the BSC(200) distribute traffic to the two or more public network lines based on the traffic statistics information and transmit it.
