An organic electroluminescence device is provided to determine an alignment simply and accurately by forming more than three alignment keys on a pad unit of a substrate and an alignment mark on a pad unit of a film. In an organic electroluminescence device, an alignment key(K) is formed on an outer side of a group of scan lines(4A) and a center of a group of data lines respectively. Each alignment key(K) is parallel to the scan line(4A) or the data line. An alignment mark formed on a pad unit of a film is positioned between two lines(K1,K2) of the alignment key(K) corresponding to the alignment key(K). |
