An automatic air balancing lifter is provided to increase the reliability of the equipment and stability by installing the emergency stop unit capable of stopping all motion of the lifter when the unexpected accident happens. An automatic air balancing lifter comprises a connection rod mounted with a gripping unit to grip the load with a predetermined weight; a rotary arm; an operating rod(310); a lifting cylinder; a pneumatic pressure circuit unit controlling the balance and lifting cylinders(135,155); and a load automatic detecting sensor unit(200) outputting the load signal to the pneumatic pressure circuit unit. An exhaust port(160) is formed between the balance and lifting cylinders to inflow and discharge the inner air. The lower end of a lifting shaft(125) is fixed by a lifting hinge(340). The upper end of a balancing shaft(120) is connected by the operating rod and a balancing hinge(330) to move up and down. The load automatic detecting sensor unit senses the position of a load(370) and the pneumatic pressure circuit unit controls the operation of the balance and lifting cylinders by receiving the signal of the load automatic detecting sensor unit. |
