A mobile stock trading system and an ID management method are provided to offer use convenience by receiving an ID from a host of a stock company, storing the ID to an IC card for mobile stock trading, and executing stock trading with the stored ID, and guarantee the stock trading in an improved security state by using the ID stored in a chip certificated from a bank. The IC card(10) stores a resident registration number, a serial chip number, a random card code, an index file storing multiple ID codes as a record, and data corresponding to the ID code. A mobile terminal(12) performs the mobile stock trading by using information stored in the IC card, requests issuance of the first chip certification code by transmitting the resident registration number, the serial chip number, a random card code number, and receives the first chip certification code. A stock company host(14) searches a connected account with the resident registration number by responding to the request of the mobile terminal, issues the first chip certification code by generating a random terminal code, and transmits the chip certification code to the mobile terminal. |
