FIELD: ventilators and fans. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fan sets with backup fan. Fan set contains working fan 2 and backup fan 3 arranged in housing and separated by partition 4 with channels formed between walls and partition 4, change-over device made in form of flap 17 or air valve. Each fan 2 and 3 includes motor 13 connected by hub 12 with impeller formed by main disk 9 and cover disk 10 and backward-curved blades 8, intake header 11, vortex suppressor arranged in vortex space and made in form of straightening device with plates. If fan 2 stops, fan 3 starts operating, and capacity of set can be regulated when both fans operate simultaneously. ^ EFFECT: improved reliability in operation, reduced overall dimensions, improved conditions of mounting and demounting of fan set. ^ 14 cl, 6 dwg |
