A quick change chuck is provided to exchange a jaw member by moving a jaw guider member with a jaw separating unit and simply separating the jaw member, with a chuck housing being mounted to a lathe. A quick change chuck includes a chuck housing(10), a jaw guider member(20), a jaw member(30), a wedge plunger(40), and a jaw separating unit(50). The jaw member is engaged with a jaw guide groove of the chuck housing so as to contract toward the center of the chuck housing and to move toward the outside of the chuck housing. A jaw move guide groove is recessed at an angle corresponding to the inclination angle of a jaw guide engagement boss to be engaged with the jaw guide engagement boss. The jaw separating unit is provided to the jaw guider member to move the jaw guider member so as to separate the jaw guide engagement boss from the jaw movement guide groove of the jaw member.
