FIELD: apparatuses for rehabilitation of patients after injury of spinal cord, children suffered with cerebral paralysis and so on. ^ SUBSTANCE: simulator includes frame mounted on horizontal supports. In front portion of said frame flywheel is mounted on shaft for accumulating energy. Flywheel is joined through transmission with pedals mounted in rear portion of frame on shaft. One block is mounted on shaft of flywheel; other block is mounted in one end of hand drive unit. Large- and small-size blocks are mounted on shaft of pedals. Large block of pedals is joined through belt transmission with block of flywheel. Small block of pedals is joined through belt transmission with block of hand drive unit. Crank drive mechanism is mounted in other end of shaft of hand drive unit. Handle of hand drive unit is joined with said mechanism. ^ EFFECT: improved efficiency of using simulator due to possibility of free rotation of legs of patients at using force of their hands for short time period. ^ 2 dwg
