FIELD: corrosion protection of equipment used for refining of oil and petroleum products; atmospheric rectification in processes of primary refining and catalytic reforming. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed corrosion neutralizer includes urotropin and aqueous ammonia solution or morpholine aqueous solution or methoxy propylamine aqueous solution or ethylene diamine aqueous solution at the following mass ratio of components: urotropin:ammonia=1:1 to 2.5:1; urotropin:morpholine=1:1 to 3:1; urotropin:methoxy propylamine=1:1 to 7:1; urotropin:ethylene diamine= 1:1 to 7:1. Proposed corrosion neutralizer ensures stabilization of neutralization process: excludes deviation of pH from preset level in the course of metering the neutralizer into product to be treated; maintains preset pH level; ensures low rate of corrosion at response to abrupt change in concentration of chloride ions in product flows and optimization of forming chemical and technological protection. ^ EFFECT: improved physico-chemical characteristics of neutralizer; enhanced anti-corrosion properties. ^ 7 cl, 1 tbl, 3 ex |
