FIELD: application of chemical coats for protection of metals against corrosion and preparation of articles for cold deformation. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes degreasing, pickling, activation, phosphating, neutralization and impregnation; degreasing, activation and neutralization procedures are conducted in PHOSPHON-203 detergent solution at content of 10-30 g/l and temperature of 60-80°C. ^ EFFECT: reduced number of solutions for preparation of parts for phosphating and subsequent treatment; saving of chemicals; reduced number of baths. ^ 1 tbl |
