FIELD: surgery. ^ SUBSTANCE: device can be used for operational cure of patients with deforming severe arthrosis and wrongly grown intra-joint fractures, osseous or fibrous ankylosis of elbow joints. Device has U-shaped carrier member. Branches of the member are provided with catches for needles at its ends, and rod with cutting member. Carrier member is made in form of internal and external U-shaped braces. Rood with cutting tool is fastened to internal brace. The latter is made for longitudinal shift relatively external brace. Value of shift is measured by means of millimeter and micrometer scales.
