A method of manufacturing powder puff with no exposed threads stitching the edge of the puff is provided to improve the appearance of the powder puff, by bonding the opening required for manufacturing process with adhesives. The method of manufacturing powder puff with no exposed threads stitching the edge of the puff comprises the steps of: stitching a ribbon and a lower layer of the puff; stitching upper layer of the puff and the lower layer with the ribbon except the area where one end of the ribbon is located; turning the stitched puff inside out and filling the inside of the puff with sponge through the opening; bonding the opening with adhesives; and turning the puff inside out in order for the ribbon to hide the exposed threads stitching the ribbon and the lower layer of the puff.
