FIELD: oil cleaning in hydraulic systems. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed device contains vacuum chamber, inlet and outlet pipelines, heater in form of heat exchanger, restrictor installed on oil inlet pipeline, horizontal disks installed with clearance in between, condenser installed on water steam outlet pipeline, pump arranged in upper part of vacuum chamber on one shaft with centrifugal pump arranged in its lower part. Centrifugal pump is made of two disks with fitted-on concentric rings. Rings of lower disk are elastic and pressed by bent off edges to rings of upper disk which are rigid, thus forming closed spaces in inner part of centrifugal pump. Pump is made in form of diaphragm pump with rotor on which elastic rollers are arranged, and diaphragm is pinched by plate between suction and delivery valves. ^ EFFECT: improved efficiency of oil cleaning from water and mechanical impurities. ^ 1 dwg |
