The tool consists of a holder (6) designed to receive a plastic blade (1) fitted in a curved position between the holder tip (9) and a slot (11) in a pusher (10a, 10b). The anti-adhesive properties of the blade are enhanced by the addition of talc to the plastic, preferably at a rate of 40 per cent. The blade is made in the form of a strip 0.2 to 0.5 mm thick with one or two cutting edges and a central lengthwise rib or groove with a curved notch at each end to retain it in the holder.
