The device has a base chassis (CH) on which levers (L) are displaced in to and fro movements for the propulsion of the device. The levers are displaced from right to left for steering the device. Arms support ergonomic handles (PE) for amplitude correction and are provided on top part of the levers. Angular cylinders rotate on cranks integrate by a collection axle which traverses the chassis. A chain drive coils up on a free wheel (RL), on a tension pulley (GT) on return and passes on a free wheel (RL) for return back to a wheel (RD) via an idler.
