FIELD: construction materials industry; methods of manufacture of the bitumen-containing mixtures with a mineral component used for the highways, runways and roof coatings. ^ SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the method of manufacture of the bitumen-containing mixtures with a mineral component used in the materials for highways and the airfield runways coatings, as well as the roofing waterproofing coatings. The method of manufacture of the bitumen-containing powdery dry mixtures with a mineral component provides, that the water is introduced into a hydrophilic mineral powdery component till formation of the uniform paste mass, then the bitumen is dispersed till formation of the globules, which dimension is comparable with the dimensions of the particles of the mineral component, and couple the paste mass with the bitumen, ensure an even distribution of globules of the bitumen along the whole mass. Conduct drying and crushing of the produced mass till production of the size of each particle of the powdery dry mixture comparable to the total dimension of a globule of the bitumen and the surrounding it particles of the mineral component in one layer.
