FIELD: non-portable lighting devices or systems. ^ SUBSTANCE: light diode illuminator comprises frame, fastening members, wires, and light source composed of main and auxiliary light diodes. The panel is made of a flat disk provided with at least three tabs. The main light diodes are secured to the front side of the panel so that their light beams are predominantly directed to the surface to be illuminated. The auxiliary light diodes are mounted on the back side of the panel, and their light beams are directed predominantly counter to these of the main light diodes. The tubs are provided with mechanisms for rotating the tubs around the axis that passes through the center of the disk and axes of symmetry of the tubs.
