FIELD: mechanical engineering; instrumentation engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for vibration isolation of processing equipment machine tools, and instruments. Proposed vibration isolator contains housing and three elastic members installed in parallel between upper cover and base. Each elastic member is made in form of parallel-installed spring member connected with upper and lower pressure plates, and elastic member in form of coaxially arranged bushing of bulky screen weave placed inside spring member between pressure plates. Fastening of elastic members to cover and base is provided by coaxially arranged screws fastening them to upper and lower pressure plates. Axes of screws lie on circumference of diameter D1, and they are arranged at angle of 120° relative to each other. Three mounting holes, diameter d, are provided for fastening base to platform. Axes of said holes lie on diameter D2, and they are arranged at angler of 120° relative to each other. Cover and base are triangular, with rounded off tops. Plastic casing is secured on cover. ^ EFFECT: increased efficiency of vibration isolation at resonance, simplified design and mounting. ^ 3 cl, 2 dwg |
