FIELD: mechanical engineering; instrumentation engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for vibration isolation of processing equipment, machine tools and instruments. Proposed Disk-type elastic member contains flat elastic members. Disk-type elastic members is made in form of at least two flat elastic coaxially arranged rings, upper and lower ones. Upper and lower rings are interconnected by at least three flat plates arranged at tilting relative to axis of rings. Plates can be made in form of elastic rods of round or square profile. Disk elastic member can be made of flat elastic member of round shape by cutting profile holes with subsequent forcing one of rings or by laser cutting of profile holes with subsequent deformation of plates. ^ EFFECT: increased efficiency of vibration isolation at resonance, simplified design and mounting. ^ 4 cl, 2 dwg |
