A water cleaning apparatus by using bio ceramic material and silver ion water is provided to accelerate the growth of the livestock and to improve the quality of meat. City water or underground water is supplied to a water supply tube(12) including a water supply valve(11). A filter member(20) eliminates foreign substances of the supplied water and activates the water through ceramic balls. A storage tank(30) stores the water passed through the filter member. A silver ion water supply device(40) supplies the colloidal silver to the stored water through a silver ion water supply tube(41). A water discharge tube(31) discharges the water stored in the storage tank. A manipulation member(60) performs the manipulation of a circulation pump(50) and the silver ion water supply device.
