A shampoo composition for preventing hair loss is provided to inhibit activity of 5 alpha reductase by copper peptide, supply nutrition to scalp, and promote blood circulation, thereby being able to excellently prevent the hair loss. The composition comprises 0.2-10 wt.% of capsule comprising 2.0-5.0 wt.% of copper peptide, 8.0-15.0 wt.% of arginine, 2.0-5.0 wt.% of vitamin H, 0.08-2.0 wt.% of hyaluronic acid, 0.5-2.0 wt.% of ginko leaves, 0.0.01-1.0 wt.% of Mantidid ootheca extract, 0.01-1.0 wt.% of Thujae Semen extract, and 0.01-1.0 wt.% of Pleuropterus multflorus extract; 0.1-3.0 wt.% of hena extract; 0.01-10.0 wt.% of CPP complex and 77.0-98.79 wt.% of shampoo composition.
