FIELD: bactericidal treatment of portions of food meat, in particular bird carcasses, with trisodium phosphate solution. ^ SUBSTANCE: method involves creating fog in processing chamber, said fog being produced from trisodium phosphate solution which is passed through portions of meat to be treated.
