PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flaring tool capable of easily executing flaring work even in a small working space, and preventing erroneous operation. SOLUTION: When a handle 22 is rotated alternately forward and backward to one direction (e.g. clockwise) and the direction reverse to the one direction (anticlockwise) in a state that a first one-way clutch 72 is positioned at a large- diameter working part 30, a core bar 16 is intermittently screw-advanced toward a metal tube 12, and a flare 14 is formed by an expander roller 26 being pushed against the end part of the metal tube 12. When the handle 22 is rotated alternately to one direction (e.g. clockwise) and the direction reverse to the one direction (anticlockwise) after the position of a second one-way clutch 74 is positioned at the large diameter working part 30, the expander roller 26 is separated from the end part of the metal tube 12.
