DEVICE FOR NEEDLE DERMOTENSION AT CURE OF WIDE WOUND DEFECTS ONTO SPHERICAL SURFACES OF THORAX

FIELD: surgery. ^ SUBSTANCE: device can be used for covering large wound defects disposed onto side surfaces of thorax. Device has needles, tension threads and two arcs. Arcs are made to bend to follow shape of thorax. Arcs are fastened together by links which are disposed in perpendicular to arcs. Openings are made in links to fix belts onto body. Slots with fixing aids are disposed along surfaces of arcs to fix rigid pins. Pins are connected with Kirschner needles by Capron threads. Needles are introduced into skin along ends of wound. Appropriate and step-by-step extension of skin with hypodermic-fat cellular tissue is provided to cover large wounds at side spherical surfaces of thorax. ^ EFFECT: reduced traumatism of soft tissues of wound's bottom. ^ 3 cl, 1 ex, 2 dwg
