FIELD: medicine, orthopedics, traumatology. ^ SUBSTANCE: one should fulfill incision along posterior surface of great toe, dissect posterior capsular part of interphalangeal joint and tendon of short flexor followed by Z-shaped dissecting and lengthening of long flexor of great toe behind internal ankle.
